Three original settings—usable individually or as a suite—are joined by six hymn tune settings traditionally paired with psalm-based texts. True to Ellis’s vivid style, the collection offers wide stylistic variety, from a neo-baroque treatment of ST. ANNE to a vibrant gospel postlude on the spiritual “I Will Trust.”
